The Search: Am I Saved?

Am I Saved?
April 25 | 6:30 - 8:00 pm | Fr. McGirl Hall

What Jesus did for us through his life, death and resurrection was the greatest act of love in history. He saved us. He did this for each one of us. Personally. But some might feel unworthy of this gift of love. We may feel we have too much baggage. We may feel unlovable.

But God didn’t come to reveal himself to us on a pedestal, he came to enter into our messy human condition. To fix us from within. To transform us from the inside out. Some might be surprised by how generous the love of God really is. We don’t deserve God’s love, but that’s the amazing reality of God’s mercy. This relationship with God isn’t all about our love for Him. It’s about His love for us that changes our lives forever.

Join us for our next session. No registration required. Just come.

Lectio: The Case for Jesus

Tuesdays | 10:30-11:45am| starting April 9

Do you follow Jesus ‘on the way’?

Can we trust the Gospels? Do we really know who wrote them? Do the Gospels communicate truth – or fabricated fables? Who is Jesus? Who did Jesus claim to be? Join Dr. Brant Pitre as he draws evidence from both early Christian and non-Christian writings attesting to the authenticity, authorship, and dating of the Gospels, and as he gives an in-depth look at the Gospel accounts of Jesus’s Crucifixion, Resurrection, and the proclamation of Christ’s divinity.

Dr. Pitre’s powerful presentation will strengthen your faith so that you can not only stand firm and profess that Jesus truly is “the Christ, the Son of the living God,” but also confidently respond to any skeptics you encounter.

Novena to St. Joseph

  • St. Joseph Catholic Church (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

St. Joseph Parish and the Knights of Columbus Council #7907 invites our parish family to pray a Novena to St. Joseph in anticipation of our Patronal Feast Day: The Solemnity of St. Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Tuesday, March 19th.

We invite everyone to pray the novena together at 9:30am on March 10th-18th. We will have a push notification through our app that will go out each morning as a reminder and so that all of our parish and school can pray together at the same time. (If you can’t pray the Novena at 9:30am every day, that’s okay! Just pray the novena at some other time each day.)

How to participate in the St. Joseph Novena and our Patronal Feast Day:

1. Pickup a St. Joseph Novena prayer card in the Gathering Space or pray the prayer below each day of the novena (March 10th-18th) as we ask for St. Joseph’s intercession for our parish, school, and our own personal intentions. And download the Parish App for daily reminders!

2. Join us for the Vigil Mass at 5:30pm on Saturday, March 16th, and Community Dinner afterwards. NOTE: Any donations will go to support St. Vincent de Paul of Seattle / King County.

3. Join us for Mass on Tuesday, March 19th to celebrate The Solemnity of St. Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
