Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

Christ loves us without limit and offers Himself to us in the Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist.

You are welcome to come experience the grace of adoring Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament at any time during the exposition:

May 4th & 5th

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will begin every first Friday following the 7:00 PM First-Friday Votive Mass for the Sacred Heart of Jesus (in Spanish) and continue throughout the night until Benediction before the First-Saturday Mass (Prayed in Latin) at 9:00 AM on Saturday.

Anyone is invited to attend at any time during the exposition.
However, to assure that the exposed Blessed Sacrament is not left unattended, we do need committed Adorers to sign up for one-hour time slots. A sign-up sheet is located in the gathering space of the church one week prior.

From the USCCB...

The Catechism quotes Pope John Paul II: "The Church and the world have a great need for Eucharistic worship. Jesus awaits us in this sacrament of love. Let us not refuse the time to go to meet him in adoration, in contemplation full of faith, and open to making amends for the serious offenses and crimes of the world. Let our adoration never cease." (CCC, 1380)

Every vocation in the Church comes from and through Christ Jesus. It is he who calls. Spending time in Eucharistic Adoration with our Divine Lord and Friend is a good place to go to ask what he wants with our life. Why not spend some time each week in adoration, in union, in contemplation of the Lord present in the Eucharist?
